The objection period for our licensed packages in collections made with 3d or virtual pos from the online collection system is 10 working days.
In case of a return request by the card holder, our company will evaluate the situation and inform the customer within 7 working days.
Our company works in advance. Requests after 10 working days from the invoice date will not be considered.
